
Waitrose No.1 | Concept Design
In 2024 Waitrose refreshed its top tier own brand with an brand new look and feel, reinforcing Waitrose No1 as a brand that delivers an exceptional, premium experience for customers.
I worked closely with the Marketing and Creative in-house teams at Waitrose to design and execute a multi-channel brand re-launch campaign that positioned No.1 as a beacon of quality and taste, offering irresistible temptation for 'food lovers' that is more relevant, distinctive and dynamic than ever before.
Overall we delivered a campaign that exceeded it sales target, got more customer shopping the range, cut through at a very good level and was persuasive for both Waitrose and the No.1 brand. Those who were exposed to the campaign had a significantly increased awareness, consideration and claimed purchase of the No.1 range.
